How to Pre-Order

▌Pre-Order Period
You can pre-order from now until 2:00 AM on September 29, 2024 (CEST+2).

▌How to Pre-Order

1. Add your favorite items to your cart.
2. Head to checkout (no payment needed yet).
3. Enter your name, email, and select your preferred pick-up date.
4. Click “Place Order” to complete your pre-order.
5. Check your email for an order confirmation.
6. Take a screenshot of the confirmation and save it for pick-up.

▌How to Pick Up
Please come to Booth 2E330 by 3:00 PM on your chosen pick-up date. Show your order confirmation and make the payment to get your items.

▌Pick-Up Deadline
Make sure to pick up and pay for your order by 3:00 PM on your selected date. If not, we’ll consider the order canceled, and the pre-order discount won’t apply anymore. Your items will be available for others to purchase at the event.

▌Other Notes

• All items are shipped from Taiwan, so if something unexpected happens and your items can’t arrive on time, we’ll work with you to arrange a new pick-up date.
• We reserve the right to modify, change, pause, or cancel this pre-order event at any time. For any updates, please check our website. If there’s anything not covered here, our website’s terms and conditions will apply.

▌Fraud Prevention Notice

Please be aware that we will never contact you via phone, SMS, or e-mail to verify financial account or credit card information under any circumstances. We will not request any action related to ATM, in-person, or online banking transfers for reasons such as mistaken installment plans, continuous payments, incorrect order entries, cancellation or changes to payment methods, membership upgrades, or any other justification. If you receive such calls, messages, or mails, do not provide any financial or personal information. Your safety is our priority—stay vigilant and protect your information.
